Music is my fifth album, and it's been a long, incredible journey on the way here across two years.

Unlike Saying Goodbye To Yesterday, which was mostly "acoustic" instrumentation (piano, strings, drums), and just a little bit of synth & rhodes, Music is the inverse of that. The album is largely electronic pop/rock, with some sparse "acoustic" work here and there (if you can call Virtual Instruments "acoustic").

It's also my first time having a guest feature on an album, and I really appreciate the work that Kaitlin MacDonald has done on this. My production consultant is back, and through the two year process that has been making this album, I've learned a whole new world of skills, though I couldn't quite get them onto every track (Some are the remnant MP3s from recovering my hard drive... see below). There have been a lot of setbacks (the loss of my hard drive and most of my project data, for starters), but I've worked my butt off to get past them. I've learned about EQ'ing, new vocal techniques, and decided to experiment and throw some rapping on there as well (In the vein of early Linkin Park). I can hardly wait to give this album to you and I hope you'll enjoy it when the time comes.
