Father & Suns is the final song on Music, though it wasn't intended to be. Originally, the closing track was going to be a cover of Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol, but it was cut at the tail end of production. Instead, Chasing Cars has been released alongside the album for free, but not as part of it, so that I have the ability to register my album with SOCAN, without having to worry about any legalities.

This is a happy, upbeat instrumental, and I'm actually glad to let Music end on this note. Chasing Cars has much more of an "acoustic" instrumentation, and I feel that letting the album end here makes the contrast from beginning to end wonderfully apparent as it goes from piano, bass, drums, and vocals, to electronic synthesizers and a drum machine.
